VINUM is dedicated to providing information, educational activities, and career enrichment opportunities for restaurant, bar, and hospitality workers; wine and spirits industry professionals; and hospitality and culinary students concerning the history, art, and craft of production, tasting, service, and sales of wine and spirits.
