It is finally time to reconnect with your "Wine Friends." (Not just Chablis...we are talking about real people.)
Featuring two days of educational sessions with Master Sommeliers Wayne Belding, Laura Williamson, and Sally Mohr.
There are Two Options for Attendees:
Option 1: The Basics of Wine Sales and Service Session on the morning of June 20 will offer the basics of the wine world, tasting instruction, and restaurant beverage service. (Reception to follow)
Option 2: The Intermediate/Advanced Wine Tasting Lab Series on June 20-21 will offer and in-depth tasting and discussion of more than 40 wines in three sessions over the two days. (Lunch between sessions on the 21st and Reception to follow the final session.)
(When registering for Intermediate/Advanced, please plan to attend both days of sessions)

Class Requirements:
Basics of Wine Sales and Service Requirements: Students should be currently employed in hospitality, retail, or distribution and looking to learn more about wine.
Intermediate/Advanced Wine Tasting Lab Requirements: Students should be currently seeking or studying for professional credentials in wine and spirits sales and service. CMS, WSET/MW, ISG or accredited culinary/hospitality program. Strongly recommend CMS Level 1, WSET 2 or 4+ years in wine focused employment before taking this course.
Students must be 21 or older
VINUM is delighted to offer this opportunity to the community with an estimated cost to the Foundation of $500 per student. Attendees will only be required to pay $25 for the Basics course and $40 for the Intermediate/Advanced! If you cannot attend please cancel by 6/13 or you will be charged a $50 cancelation fee.
